PATRIZIA SANDRETTO RE REBAUDENGO: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE YOUNG AND BUSINESS
In 1995 she founded the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo of which she is president. In 1997 its first venue was inaugurated in Guarene d’Alba in Palazzo Re Rebaudengo. In 2002 the foundation opened a new exhibition space in Turin. Since 2008 she has been a member of the cultural board of Confindustria, the Italian manufacturers’ association, and part of the readers’ jury for the “Premio Camiepello – Confindustria Veneto” award. She is also a member of the International Council of the Friends of Contemporary Drawing of MoMA, New York, of the international council of the Tate Gallery, London, of the Leadership Council of the New York Museum, New York, of the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s Advisory Committee for Modern and Contemporary Art, and of the cultural committee of the Magazine Cartier Art.
In 2011 Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo became vice-president of the jury for the Premio Rothschild award.
